...people! God made Adam, and then He made Adam's wife, Eve.

“God saw everything that He had made,

and behold, it was good.” (Genesis 1:31a)

“For by Him [Jesus Christ] all things were created,

both in the heavens and on the earth…” (Colossians 1:16)

Every person in the world comes from Adam and Eve – even you!

“I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and

wonderfully made.”  (Psalms 139:14)

“The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of

the Almighty gives me life.”  (Job 33:4)

God loves you very much.  He wants you to live with Him in heaven forever.  Can you go to heaven? The Bible says:  “All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)

“There is none righteous, not even one.”  (Romans 3:10)

“All of us have become like one who is unclean,

and all our righteous deeds are like a dirty cloth.”

(Isaiah 64:6)

About 2000 years ago, God the Father sent God the Son

(Jesus Christ) from Heaven to be born into the world.

Jesus was born of a virgin, in the land of Israel. People had been told by God about the coming of Jesus Christ, the Savior and Messiah, for thousands of years before He was born. No wonder people came to celebrate His birth – just like we do every Christmas!

“For today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.” (Luke 2:11)

“Behold!

The virgin shall be with child and shall bear a Son,

and they shall call His name ‘Immanuel’,

which means ‘God with us.’ ”

 (Matthew 1:23)

Jesus did many miracles.

He made blind people see.

He walked on water.

He stopped the wind.

He even made a dead man come alive!

The Works of Jesus Color_edited.jpg

“Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by powerful works, and wonders and miracles…”  (Acts 2:22)

“The blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed,

the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the Gospel is proclaimed to the poor.” (Luke 7:22)

Most importantly, because of false accusations against him, Jesus was nailed to a cross - a common form of capital punishment in those days. While on the cross, Jesus was punished by God the Father for all the sins of every person in the world – including you!

“And He Himself bore our sins in His body on the Cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness.”

(1 Peter  2:24)

“But God demonstrates His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died as a substitute for us.”

(Romans 5:8)

After Jesus had taken the punishment for all the sins of the world, He breathed out His soul and His spirit. His lifeless body was taken down from the cross and placed in a tomb.

Three days later Jesus came out of the tomb. He was alive!

“…Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, was buried and He was raised on the third day…” (1 Cor. 15:3-4)

“Jesus said: ‘I am the resurrection and the life;

he who believes in Me will live even if he dies.’  ”

(John 11:25)

Do you believe that Jesus took the punishment for all of your sins?  Do you believe He died for you and came alive again?

God tells us in the Bible that if you believe these things are true, you can go to heaven to live with Him - forever!

S__4112415.jpg

“Jesus said: ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life;

no one comes to the Father except by Me.’ ” (John 14:6)

“For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again,

even so God will bring with Him those … in Christ.”

(1 Thessalonians 4:14)

“BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS, AND YOU WILL BE SAVED.”

(Acts 16:31a)
